Oh, junk mail! Why do you invade my life? Even after signing up with Catalog Choice, I still get bills and credit card offers each week, and if you’re saving all that paper for possible future craft projects, they can add up quickly.

We’re all familiar with the joys of crafting with junk mail, but have you ever peeked inside of those envelopes that house things like bills and bank statements? Inside many of those envelopes are printed patterns. Happy Hanukkah — and some crafts

December 20, 2011 in Fiber Crafts, Paper Crafts, Tutorials

Hanukkah begins tonight at sundown and what better way to celebrate than with a few crafts? Crafters would battle with their skills of sewing, knitting, and hot gluing for a chance to win some amazing craft dream. Enjoying my usual browse of the CRAFT blog today, I nearly exploded when I saw this.

Even Techies love Crafts

October 24, 2011 in Fiber Crafts, Inspiration, Paper Crafts, Tech Crafts

I recently found out about Georgia Tech’s Craft Center, a rentable space for crafters in the GA Tech community (students, faculty, staff). While we all may not be involved with GA Tech, considering that there are over 20,000 students and faculty, there is sure to be someone that can benefit from this craft space!
